MC405是一款高性能的運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)控制器，其使用性能強(qiáng)勁的ARM11處理器，能夠提供四個(gè)伺服軸并加一個(gè)主編碼器軸的配置控制方案，或者也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)五個(gè)步進(jìn)軸方式的控制。所有的五個(gè)編碼器端口都可以做為普通增量編碼器接口，并且其中的任何一個(gè)編碼器端口還可以被配置為常用的絕對值編碼器類型，可以連接SSI,Tamagawa或者Endat等絕對值編碼器。此外第五軸可以被用做步進(jìn)軸、參考編碼器輸入或者同步編碼器輸出等功能。
        MC405具有16個(gè)軸的軟件功能，任何沒有被分配到實(shí)際物理軸的軸都可以被用做虛擬軸。
        內(nèi)置的以太網(wǎng)端口可以用來編程，也可以使用通用協(xié)議連接HMI和PLC。用戶可以通過使用功能強(qiáng)大的MotionPerfect組態(tài)編程軟件，采用由Trio自己創(chuàng)造的多任務(wù)編程語言TrioBasic編寫應(yīng)用程序，輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制工程。每個(gè)軸都可以通過編程實(shí)現(xiàn)各類運(yùn)動(dòng)類型，如直線運(yùn)動(dòng)、圓弧運(yùn)動(dòng)、螺旋線運(yùn)動(dòng)、球面插補(bǔ)運(yùn)動(dòng)、電子凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)、軸間的聯(lián)動(dòng)及電子齒輪運(yùn)動(dòng)等。
        另外，MC405還支持附加的功能選項(xiàng)，通過使用全功能的PLC編程系統(tǒng)，MC403可以實(shí)現(xiàn)支持工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC61131-3程序的實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行。
        通過一個(gè)明亮易讀的背光顯示屏及兩個(gè)LED燈的閃亮，可以輕松獲悉控制器狀態(tài)，同時(shí)底座采用金屬外殼，增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的接地能力，提高了系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的抗干擾能力。

        All 5 encoder ports can be either incremental or one of three popular absolute encoder types; SSI, Tamagawa or EnDat, additionally the 5th axis can be used as a stepper, reference encoder input or a sync encoder output.

        The MC405 features a total of 16 axes in software. Any axes not assigned to built-in hardware can be used as a virtual axis.

        The built-in Ethernet port allows programming and connection of common HMI and PLC protocols directly to the MC405. User programs can be written in Trio’s established multi-tasking TrioBASIC language using the powerful Motion Perfect application development software making complex motion easy. Every axis can be programmed to move using linear, circular or helical or spherical interpolation, electronic cams, linked axes and gearboxes.

        Also available as an option on the MC405, the industry standard IEC 61131-3 runtime is an easy to use fully functional PLC programming system. A bright easy to read backlit display enables the controller status to be easily determined, whilst the single piece metal cast backplate provides an integrated earth chassis to improve noise rejection in the industrial environment.
